Why is Real Estate photography so important?

Due to the change in technology more and more buyers are starting their home searches online, on their own. In doing so they go off photos alone to decide whether they like the home or not. If your listing doesn't have photos, or if the photos are of poor quality it could cost you a sale. The pictures must create an inviting online ambiance, if the home feels small or cold they will skip over your listing and go to the next one. According to the U.S. Census Bureau the population of Arizona grew by over 1 million residents in the past 6 years marking a 20% increase. When people are relocating from another state they cannot "view" the home because they are hundreds maybe thousands of miles away so they will use search engines such as Realtor.com to search for homes. This is when photos really work for you because they want to see as much of the home as possible through the photos.

Why do I need a professional Photographer, I can take my own photos for free?

We have all seen them: the bathroom that shows a sink, a flash and the agent, the front shot that cuts off half of the home or the dreaded cell phone photos. I have seen agents spend lots of money of various things to try and draw buyers to their listing but they scrimp on the most important marketing tool of the listing. A professional photographer has the knowledge and necessary equipment to make a room appear larger, brighter and more inviting. Listing photos should be about giving buyers and idea of how the floor plan flows and making them want to see more. $60 is a small investment to ensure your home shows as beautifully in photos as it does in person. Your seller is paying you to represent their home to the best of your ability, you owe it to yourself and your seller to make sure the listing photos make people want to walk through the door.

How much do you charge?

For your convenience I have 4 options to choose from:

$59.99- Up to 25 photos and a flyer on CD. 

$49.99- Up to 25 photos without flyer on CD.

$39.99- 6 photos and a flyer on CD..

$29.99- 6 photos without flyer on CD.

What is your average turnaround time?

In most cases I can photograph the home within 24hrs of receipt of the order. If you would like to set up a specific date and/or time simply give me a call and if my schedule permits I will be happy to accommodate your request. You will receive 6 photos via email the same day as the shoot so that you can get those photos onto MLS. Because I value your time and business the CD with all of the photos and the flyer (depending on the package your ordered) will be mailed out usually the day after the shoot.
